Kardon Construction is owned and operated by Don Zerkel, a licensed, bonded and insured Residential General Contractor with over 30 years construction contracting experience in Oregon. We are proud to announce the approval of three $20,000 USDA renewable energy grants written by Kardon Construction for three farms located in Marion County, Oregon, for the installation of Jacobs 20kW Small Wind Systems.
